  • Shipping & Delivery

    We deliver Australia wide. Simply add your items to the shipping cart & use our simple online shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart to get our best rate. We have negotiated reduced shipping rates to  depots around Australia. If we cannot deliver to your door, we will offer the option of pickup from the nearest depot ensuring the best shipping rate possible.

  • Returns & Replacements

    If the product is faulty, you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us). Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost if this has been arranged by us. A 10% restocking fee will also apply. Alternatively, you can choose to the keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement. All other complaints will be assessed on a case by case basis, please contact our friendly team for assistance.

    Returns need to be booked with us, to book a return, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item by sending an e-mail to gclifestylefurniture@gmail.com with photos of your product in original packaging and we will get back to you with further details.

    Please note that items requiring assembly need to be disassembled and placed back into original packaging to be eligible for a return under this guarantee. If you want to check a colour or feature of your product, please do this in a way that does not require assembly. If we accept a return in packaging other than the original packaging, at our discretion, a minimum re-packaging fee of $50 will apply. In such cases you would be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged in a manner that would prevent damage during transit. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receiving your item back.

  • Ordering

    Based on stock availability, you can purchase it. If it's not in stock, you can put down a deposit and our friendly staff will notify you as soon as the item has arrived based on your specifications. Pre-ordering items is a great way to ensure you get exactly what you want to your specifications of color choice. For pre-orders, we will request a 50% deposit to place the order, once the item has arrived at our warehouse and it is ready to be shipped to your destination, we will notify you wherein balance can be paid. 

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Currently, bank transfers, Paypal, Stripe and Cash on delivery are payment options. We will notify you once we incorporate other forms of payment through service providers such as Afterpay, Zippay and Oxipay. 

  • Viewing Orders

    Your orders can be viewed in your shopping cart. Alternatively, you can create an account with us to manage orders. 

  • Updating Account Information

    Once you have created an account with us, you can update your information by logging into your profile and making the changes as needed. Please ensure your information is upto to ensure you get the latest arrivals and specials from us.
